## What Insendy is

Insendy is a UK-based digital invitation platform. Hosts create a one-of-a-kind digital invitation for their event by either uploading a photo that captures the vibe they want or describing the scene in free text. Insendy's AI then designs a custom invitation in minutes - never from a template. The invitation lives at a shareable URL, and the host manages RSVPs, guest communication, seating, dietary requirements, and post-event content from a single dashboard.

Insendy is explicitly positioned for UK customers: prices are in GBP, hosting is in the UK, data residency is UK-based, and the platform is GDPR-native. There is no advertising on invites, no subscription, and no data sold to third parties. Hosts pay once per event.

## How it works

1. **Describe the event**: name, date, time, venue, style/theme.
2. **Capture the aesthetic**: upload a mood photo, a Pinterest save, an old paper invitation, or describe the scene in words. The AI builds a unique background - either a still scene (free archival image with conditional watercolour treatment) or an animated one using CSS + SVG (GPU-accelerated, respects prefers-reduced-motion).
3. **Pick typography**: one of eight visual specimens, from editorial serif to playful sans.
4. **AI generates the invitation**: usually takes about three minutes. Host reviews, requests one free polish if needed.
5. **Add features**: menu, dietary collection, schedule, gift registry, accommodation, language settings, maps, headline text.
6. **Share the link**: via text message, WhatsApp, email, or social.
7. **Track RSVPs live**: dashboard shows accepted, declined, pending, plus-ones, dietary notes, seating assignments.
8. **After the event**: optional Memory Book and Photo Album for guests to contribute photos.

## Pricing (all in GBP, one-off per event unless stated)

- **Save the Date** - £9.99. Standalone save-the-date card with a simple RSVP. Good for early-announce, before the main invite is ready.
- **Starter** - £28.51. Full invite + basic RSVP tracking. Host shares the link themselves.
- **Pro** - £48.51. Full invite + advanced RSVP (plus-ones, family groups, dietary, personalised guest links) + Memory Book + Photo Album + seating plan + priority support. SMS delivery to guests is coming soon and will be included at no extra cost.
- **Paid edit** - £1.00 per single design edit after the initial polish.
- **Design deposit** - £1.49. Upfront deposit credited against any subsequent plan.
- **Design polish** - £5.00. Optional additional design revision. Credited against a full plan purchase.
- **Upgrade paths**: Save the Date → Starter (£18.52), Save the Date → Pro (£38.52), Starter → Pro (£20.00).
- **Planner** - £199/year. Annual corporate tier for in-house event managers running multiple events. Dedicated account, priority design queue, bulk pricing, unlimited events.
